2. Clean and Press
Superset - Tbar Row
3. Wide Grip Pull ups
Superset - Dumbbell floor press
4. Dumbbell Curls
Superset Kickbacks
5. Sit ups
Superset Leg lifts
Switching up my training to do more calisthenics and Bodyweight workouts again. Heavy lifting is fun but Bodyweight is what works best for me. Gotta find what works and stick with it, everyone’s body is different .. plus it was an empty gym thank god for Presidents’ Day ! 💪
