I’ve been enjoying smoothie bowls lately, so attempted to make a green smoothie bowl today. While it was tasty, it wasn’t the consistency I’d hoped for-very runny.
In the smoothie was 2 frozen bananas, about 2 cups baby spinach, a cup of kale, almond milk, some filtered water and almond and peanut butters.
I topped it off with my homemade almond yogurt, chia, linseeds, hemp seeds, cacao nibs and fresh figs from the backyard. Lots of healthy prebiotics, probiotics, fibre, omega 3s, vitamins and minerals in this brekky!🤤
