Mmm smoothie madness... So apparently eating 6-8 dates a day helps with an wasteful labour... the food releases the gentle flow of oxytocin and helps the cervic to thin and open more easily... so I am finding creative ways to get them in everyday... Today's smoothie was a suggestion from a mom at Hypnobirthing class: 6-8dates Milk(I used almond) Peanut butter (I used almond) Chocolate powder... Yup, I was craving ice cream in a big way but I know that that wasn't really what was going on. I'm tired, Mother's Day weekend is hard on me these last few years, and I'm low on food. Thus, I wanted to drown the feels in ice cream. 🍧🍨🥥🍫😶😔😕😊 . . .
