I usually do 0.04 - 0.07 dab and 1-2 bong rips pre workout. Doing so results in Increased blood flow, better focus and very strong muscle contractions. Currently there is no research in regards to the effects of THC (and other cannabinoids) on the body during exercise. I hope to one day do quite a bit of research on this subject. Interests me a lot. But enough of the stoner talk check out that ugly ass banger. That's my first and only banger rn. I didn't know about Q-tipping until it was too late and had already torched the fuck out of it. Oh well, going to order a few thermal bangers here soon. Also looking for a good e-nail. Any recommendations?
