After years. 10 years total. I waited to do heavy bar squats again on my back. I have worked my ass off training core CORE since the beginning of my years of becoming and ELITE gymnasts. 🏆💦☝️ I started gymnastics at 4 years young, I then became an
ELITE By 7 YEARS OLD!
When I was 32 I injured my back badly at a photo shoot.
I Fell and slipped hard on my neck and my back, was ultra tragic.
And I was out for some time.
From that point on I stopped Squatting and altered my leg & GLUTE workouts to varies
SAFE MANDY MOVES!
I stepped up my CORE routines.
My thoughts are when your center is strong and mighty, your back never does any work at all. If your core is strong and solid, doing heavy bar squats will only go into your GLUTES ! TRUTH 🌟
My back is unbelievably strong again and I am able to recover and still do gymnastics, tumbling and squat again! 🌟
I take extra precautions of soaking and doing HOT & COLD REMEDY! ⬇️ Almost everyday TRUTH'🌟 I also get massages every week' 🏆
I also incorporate active & intensive stretching in my routines. 🏆
I also want to share, I don't eat sugar any longer, so the inflammation stays down and I get the greatest RECOVERY TIME! 🌟
Plus I always stay in shape Year round! There is no off season for me. THIS IS A LIFESTYLE 🍓
