I've always been the "passive-aggressive" type of girl.
Too weak & soft and just let things roll by...
Or too strong, harsh and controlling. .
As human beings,
Whether man or woman,
we coexist within each other,
whether we like to admit it or not.
But can get a bit tricky especially during that certain stage in our life when we want to become our own person... .
I don't like the idea of telling a girl that she is too "controlling, rough, etc"...
I also don't like the idea of us telling our boys too "stop feeling emotions, or force them into being all tough and secretive when shit hits the fan."
Don't get me wrong.
I STRONGLY believe that there are certain traits that a "man should have" or a "woman should have".
But like I keep saying; we all COEXIST within each other , whether we would like to admit it or not...😂
People will always be who they want to be and supressing certain behaviors will only cause problems in their development. .
Instead of squeezing our children into the mold of a robot,
we can teach them to utilize certain behaviors in a "good, positive, CONSTRUCTIVE way"
to become their best version as a "MAN or WOMAN"
and eventually help others down along the road... .
My yoga journey has helped me combine these two very different sides of me and balance them into one peaceful powerful expression... #tigerpose 🐯🌹✨
