I love my city, so I took my workout outdoors to enjoy the good weather before it’s gone! So many beautiful parks along our Harbourfront 🌸🌿

Confession: I stopped putting myself as a priority. With having such a busy schedule + constantly on the go with traveling, fitness + health has not been on my top list of priorities to say the least. Although I’ve made better eating habits and loss a few pounds along the way, I was putting off the need to gain my strength back. Those who know me know how important fitness was to me. But thanks to a great conversation with @jessicaeboyd about taking my business into a new direction, I also realized I could apply that same advice to my personal life. I am ‘reclaiming my body + time.’ Making time for what’s important and shifting my priorities a bit so that I remember to take care of myself as well. So for this #FitnessFriday, this post is to give encouragement to myself and to whoever else may need to hear this! Let’s get back on our fitness journey together. 💪🏾
