Meal, mental + soul prep for a week of success✔️
This week's a busy one for me. I'm wrapping up a summer course with some high stake assignments, training many awesome clients, trying to make some gains of my own, and further working on my business.
On Sundays I find it essential to cleanse, heal, rest, reset and prepare for the week. Today looked like cleaning my space, picking up these stellar noms, planning my meals, talking to God for awhile, soul searching, and studying for a quiz.
(Side note: I'm a perpetual workaholic, and I usually don't stop until I get sick or overly stressed, so I've also started the 'Beating Burnout' devotional on the YouVersion bible app).
Some of the meals on my menu:
🍃Breakfast: Eggs, berries, greens (and NO coffee–gonna try)
🍃Pre-workout: Overnight oats or sweet potato with cinnamon
🍃Post-workout: Brown rice and veggie 'ground beef'
🍃Lunch/dinner: Big kale, arugula garden and chickpea salad
🍃Night snack: Skinny pop and chamomile tea latte
