He is a #HU08 graduate of Howard University where he obtained a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. While a student at Howard University, Reginald was very active socially and politically on campus. He became a member of #PhiSigmaPi National #HonorFraternity Inc. and #KappaAlphaPsi #Fraternity Inc., Xi Chapter as well as a member of a host of other organizations. Reginald was also elected #SchoolofBusiness Student Council Executive #Treasurer and Undergraduate Student Assembly Financial Advisor.
Additionally, Reginald is the Founding President of the Society of Collegiate #BlackMen at Howard University, which is an organization focused on increasing the retention rate of African American males at Howard University through academic #enrichment, #mentorship, and financial advocacy.
Reginald has worked at several #Fortune500 companies such as #LehmanBrothers, Freddie Mac, & McMaster-Carr. In 2011, Reginald decided to make a career change to #education to align his passion of mentoring the next generation of minority youth with his career by becoming an Administrator at #GaryComer #CollegePrep Middle School on the Southside of Chicago.
Reginald is a 2016 graduate of #Northwestern #Pritzker #SchoolofLaw where he was a #BlackStudent Initiative Fellow, responsible for identifying, recruiting, and interviewing exceptional law school candidates of color. Additionally, as a student lawyer in the #NorthwesternLaw Children & Family Justice Center, Reginald strived to promote justice for children, adolescents, and their families through direct legal representation, policy advocacy and law reform. Currently, Reginald is an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP in their corporate department.
