Depois de ter engordado tanto, outra vez, e de ter ido correr um dos treinos que eu mais gosto e não ter conseguido terminá-lo correndo, descidi voltar a correr, inicialmente não com tanta intensidade como antes, mas graduativamente chega-se lá.
Pois a dor, continua apenas sendo a fraqueza saindo do corpo.

Eu estava com essa galera insana aí, cê é louco, quase não consigo entregar o treino de tão rápidos que eles são, DAMN GANG, vocês têm o meu respeito e tiveram também uma boa parte do meu aniversário. Foi um prazer correr com vocês.
E quem sempre olha pra mim e fala que corrida não é pra gordinho, eu sempre responderei: Quem foi que disse que isso aqui não era pra mim, se equivocou fui eu quem criei, vivi, escolhi, me descobri e agora aqui estou "Karol Conka"
You can stay comfortable and complacent until you die, or you can experience life while you are still living. I choose to do the latter! This reminds me of when Jesus was walked on water and Peter said, "Lord, if that is You, tell me to come to You!" The moment Peter walked out of that boat onto the water was the moment he began to experience life. It was the moment he realized that there was something much more than being in a boat his whole life. It was the moment his experience began! Who can turn back from that? Walking on water!!! When you leave that boat of comfort, you will experience things you never thought was possible. Don't be afraid to walk out on water and do what many would call impossible! It was all impossible to someone until it happened. Think about that!
6 miles threshold run. I did not meet my goal of 6:03 per mile, but I did finish it. I need to not slack on these T runs.
