So about last night.... Non-short of amazing. 1 mile sprint, HIIT for 30 minutes, and squats🍑..i have always been curious about getting off the assist machine...and my curiosity never failed me... First time free weight...warmed up with 185 and pushed to 205...seriously have a new challenge for 2018. What are you working on today?
I have been on a short hiatus from the gym to give my body a break but looking forward to get back to my normal routine. I miss gym. ❤️💚🖤💛🖤💚❤️

"Croire que l’on devient la personne tant désirée en un coup de baguette magique est une fausse croyance.

Souvent, les gens abandonnent leur marche car ils aimeraient être parfaits du jour au lendemain. Dans la vraie vie ça ne fonctionne pas ainsi. Rentrez dans une nouvelle dynamique, celle de faire des petits pas chaque jour, peu importe, si pour les autres ça semble remarquable ou insignifiant. Faites le choix d’avancer. Et même si un jour vous chutez,  demandez vous pardon, puis remettez vous en ordre de marche.

Le perfectionnisme est une chose terrible. La Bible nous enseigne plutôt à nous perfectionner et la différence entre les deux est majeure. Être perfectionniste sous- entend que je vais attendre d’être parfait pour me lancer... Je vais patienter jusqu’à ce que mon idée soit impeccable. PARFAIT est le maître-mot.

Alors que se perfectionner sous-entend que je ne suis pas parfait mais je vais quand même avancer tout en continuant de m’améliorer. L’idée est de grandir... "Fait" vaux mieux que "parfait". Nous n’avons pas la certitude d’y arriver, mais nous préférons avancer. Pas demain ou après-demain, mais aujourd’hui.

Si vous prenez la décision de faire un petit pas chaque jour, imaginez où vous serez dans un mois, un an, dix ans... À quoi votre vie ressemblerait-elle si vous acceptiez de construire brique par brique ?

Ayez le courage de vivre la vie que vous désirez. Oser faire une chose nouvelle qui vous touche, vous corresponde. Montez votre entreprise, postulez, prenez des cours du soir. Peu importe, avancez. Il n’est pas trop tard. Ayez le courage de faire des petits pas. Réussir ne veut pas dire ne pas stresser, le plus important est d’avancer, pas après pas, brique après brique." #topchretien

On top of getting back into the swing of things with my health, On Nov. 29 i became a brace face so with that being said I have to get adjusted to having these things . . On another note I'm down 2 pounds since yesterday ❤😁

Le retour d'après vacance est difficile. Se remettre dans le bain. Se remotiver. Se demander pourquoi on fait tout ca ? Pourquoi se faire du mal en supportant les courbatures ?
Franchement je me pose ces questions chaque jours mais chaque jours je trouve une excuse pour m'y mettre et pour continuer.
Au lieu de chercher des excuses pour ne pas faire, trouve des excuses pour ne pas lâcher. 💪
