It's 5:45am here and I'm up ready to get my #PiYo on. Went to bed early last night and woke up feeling rested and ready to go.

I've missed my morning workouts. So happy to be back on track!

I love when I travel and get a hotel room big enough to do my #PiYo in πŸ€—πŸ’ž.
I'm on a #3DayCleanse so I'm on modified exercise until Wednesday, but I just finished a nice deep #PiYo stretching session that felt amazing after being on a plane all day.
Back on my fitness grind, and on Day 1 of our @blackgirlsdopiyo program.
Can't wait to push through and lose my second 50 pounds. Let's go! πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ’ƒπŸ½

It's from @macys and it simply says #AllDayEveryDay πŸ™πŸ½.
To me, that means doing the very best that you can-every day.
Does it mean being perfect? Absolutely not.
But I'm taking it as my reminder to keep putting myself and my body first, all day, every day.
I have a LOT going on right now. And sometimes it can be hard to find time for ME in all that I'm trying to build, and all of the many hats I wear. πŸ˜”
But this is a reminder for me to definitely be compassionate with myself on the days I fall short, but also get RIGHT back on the self care tip as soon as I possibly can. πŸ˜ŒπŸ’ž
You can't change what happened yesterday, but you sure nuff can do what you can TODAY, and make a plan to do better tomorrow. 😏

Got a walk in with my Dude tonight, and then came home and did PiYo's Define: Upper Body.
I'm also geeked: my #FitBit died right after my trip to NewYork, so I decided to upgrade to an #AppleWatch2 βŒšοΈπŸ’ž!
I'm still figuring out how to use it but it was fun testing it out on my workout tonight. Can't wait to challenge myself even more with it! πŸ€—πŸ’ž
