New PB of 140kgs!! 🔥New PR after 3 months off🔥

Today was leg day, but I haven’t touched a barbell in over 3 months 😭 I’m home for Thanksgiving and had to see what I can put up ‼️ Form needs a TON of work, but it feels good to hit a PR first day back, got a total of 9 reps of 225lbs, before I was only able to get it up for 4-5 on my best day ‼️💪🏾 •

Got 295 up for 1 after this and I’m pissed I don’t have it on video 😭 Getting 315 getting up by Christmas I promise you‼️‼️

So I’ve been vegetarian for almost 4 weeks. I’ve been trying to make this transition as enjoyable as possible. Planning ahead of time and being creative with my meals is helping me. This morning I made banana pancakes with only 2 ingredients. Last night I had a quinoa kale salad w/ northern beans. Watch my IG stories to see more of the foods I eat.
