Been unhappy about my back lately because I can't train jiu jitsu without a lot of pain. I identify with training and martial arts in particular. Who am I even without all that? What's the point? So since my doctor said I need to get stronger to compensate for my scoliosis, I decided to try a new martial art that doesn't hurt my back. Taekwondo 😀😀😀 and it was super fun! So this is what I will do for a while, at least until I can go back to BJJ.
