Think about all the joys of training, think about how much you admire your training partners and coaches, think about the breakthrough you recently had, get excited about the new information you are about to learn that day and the opportunity to try new things during training. Set goals. Study more. Read. Your jiu-jitsu is highly dependent on your thoughts and attitude. Think well. Train well.
