Natural Bodybuilding takes ALOT of time, patience, heavy training and
ofcourse a consistent balanced food program. I have lost 240lbs in over 11 years, but the biggest thing I've earned is my body composition change from my all time high of a 51% body fat percentage. After a year of doing legs twice a week, I'm FINALLY getting to see the benefits of my strength. Visual changes take MUCH LONGER if you're a natural competitor, so do not be discouraged.
