-2 cups Greek Yogurt
-1/4 cup BSN Syntha-6 Birthday Cake Remix Protein
1. In a tupperware container, mix yogurt and protein together until smooth.
2. Place in the freezer for an hour.
3. Take the container out and churn the ice cream with a fork.
