This weekend we’re have a dual small batch can release starting with Gallery Series # 009 on Friday (at 3) and introducing Light Visions, a new series of New England Style IPAs on Saturday (at 5).
Gallery Series # 009 Double Dry Hopped Rye Saison:
This straw-colored farmhouse ale expresses clove, lime peel, and subtle strawberry flavor that finishes with a touch of spicy rye and slight bitterness. It has been dry hopped for aroma and a touch of bitterness with Calypso Hops (American: lemon, black pepper, and bitter orange) and Hallertau Blanc (German: white grape and fresh lemongrass).
6.2 ABV | 25 IBU | 4 SRM.
LIGHT VISIONS | Nebula Portrait | New England Wheat IPA:
The first beer in a new collection of brews, NEBULA PORTRAIT features a complex arrangement of hops:
IDAHO 7 (characteristics: Pungent tropical fruit and citrus (think apricot, orange, red grapefruit, papaya) with big notes of resiny pine and hints of black tea).
SIMCOE: (With an alpha acid content of 12-14%, Simcoe is excellent for bittering, but is also used for aroma due to its pine, passion fruit, earthy, and citrus characteristics).
EKUANOT: (characteristics:Citrus, Fruity, and Herbal).
Like other New England IPAs this baby hits the haze craze with a full juicy mouthfeel that beer lovers are freaking out about!
