GREEN BIRCHER MÜSLI 🍐
Ich liebe Bircher Müsli. In den warmen Sommermonaten esse ich es fast jeden Morgen. Es schmeckt sooo frisch und lecker. Außerdem mag ich die Konsistenz 🙈 Sie ist leicht breiig, aber dank der Nüsse, Kerne und Samen hat man trotzdem noch was crunchiges zwischen den Zähnen. Und das Beste an dieser kleinen Powermahlzeit sind ja die Nährstoffe da drinnen. Alles was der Körper braucht sind in dieser Schale. Gesunde Fette, Proteine, Vitamine, Mineralstoffe, Antioxidantien und Ballaststoffe.
Habt ihr schon mal Bircher Müsli gegessen? Die Zubereitung geht wirklich sehr schnell. Ich nehme für mein Bircher 3 EL Haferflocken, 1 EL geschrotete Leinsamen und diverse Kerne und Nüsse meiner Wahl. Die Schale fülle ich entweder mit Hafer- oder Mandelmilch auf (ca. 150-200 ml) und lasse es 10 Minuten quellen. Dann schnappe ich mir einen Apfel und zerreibe ihn. Zum Schluß ein 1 EL Agavendicksaft. Bei meiner grünen Variante habe ich anstatt des Apfels eine Birne genommen und etwas Matcha in die Haferflocken eingerührt.
Probiert unbedingt mal den traditionellen Bircher Müsli aus. Für mich gibt es echt nichts besseres am Morgen 💚💚💚

Gooood morning from a thick bowl of overnight oats 😍😍 Am really loving toast at the moment but it is nice to change it up a bit and it has been a while!! Not feeling 100% and think I’ve pulled a quad muscle which isn’t fun 😕 buuuut soldiering on.!! Unsure whether to do f45 with a sore quad!!! Might make it worse? But then really want to do it ? Hmmm. This was my last batch of rawnola before the motor for my foodprocessor died😭 I usually take jars of rawnola with fruit and seeds and then add almond milk to it later or let it soak in it till I eat it. It’s a great, satisfying breakfast or lunch 👌🏼
