I'll tell ya what those MUP after Pulls got me and had to chicken wing everyone of them - I almost quit after the 1st failed MUP but glad I stayed on and stayed hungry to get it done😱 I'm still sore running through several @pulluparkjam challenges that still have my arms toasted. Regardless, made the best of it and finished in 1m 5s (video sped 1.4x). I will try again to get this in less then 60s when muscles fresh and with NO chicken winging MUP! 😅

My amazing friend @bino.pi ' s fun #binopichallenge "Pulse" series continues with #RaiseAndPulse ! 😃

Same idea as before: 5 knee raises, five knee pulses, as as many cycles as you can. I did 6 cycles in a minute, 9 cycles in total. There may be some miscountings.
This was my second set; first time I did 10 cycles in total, but realizes then, that I had done the pulse part in the bottom position, and did a retake 😅 (Music playing in the background is Avain: Punainen tiili. This was done a week or so ago AFTER my workout as a burnout set to train my muscles to work even harder fatigued to help increase muscle endurance. Also, I find that Supersets are an excellent and efficient way to target multiple muscle groups for maximum gains. If you're ever in a time crunch for workouts, MIX your exercises all together into one big set and do multiple sets OR multiple combinations👌 Train safe, Train smart 🤓

Repost from @katariina.s using @RepostRegramApp - More challenge participation coming up 😁 Tried also @bino.pi 's #PushAndPulse challenge (5 pushups, 5 pulse pushups as long as you can) and in this I managed to do 5 cycles! 😃 OK, the form is pretty bad after two rounds, and it took about 1.5 min (video is sped up), but I tried to use a narrower grip than usual which is hard for me.
On page 2 there's a bonus workout: #PullAndPulse in the same style, 5 pull ups and 5 pulse pull ups 😄 Here I made only through 2 cycles 😅

Now there will be a little pause from training, because I will be travelling a few days 😀 But I try to do a little workout in the hotel room, maybe even a video if I have time 😁

After the pullups and dips I'm surprised I had the energy for push-ups. Good news is that I set a new 60-sec PR with 72 reps and took another minute to get the last 18 reps. All in all this was a FUN challenge and hopefully next time I can attend one of these competitions in person. ALL IN ALL 303 TOTAL REPS with all 5 exercises 🎉🎉🎉

👉 2 Min AMRAP STRICT FORM: SQUATS 👈 = 74 REPS
This was a tough one for me and felt the burn at 35 reps LOL and 2 mins is a long time for squatting😅 All in all I'm happy with my scorecard all things considered👌

I tapped out quick on this one at the 1-minute mark only getting 23 reps. Pull endurance is something I'm still working on and hope to increase max reps soon!

😏👏🏾 @Regrann from @calisteniardoficial - Raise from a Butterfly(cross-legged) pose WITHOUT the aid of your upper body, hands, or knees then do 7 In/Out squats jumps, 7 Alternate side step squats, 7 Split squat jumps, 7 Pulse squats then return to the sitting position, again without help from your upper body or knee.
