Two days ago attempted this for the first time but only did "5s" not realizing the routine started with "20s!" The next day, tried just the "20s" and that was tough. NOW, today I tried the whole thing and my forearms are literally going to 💥EXPLODE💥 Form started slipping a bit on pulls later on and headbangers could be cleaner but went through the motions the best I could.
