EASY GRILLED JERK CHICKEN SALAD

1.5 pounds chicken breast
FLAVORGOD JAMAICAN JERK SEASONING
8 cups salad greens
1 cup fresh pineapple (grill with chicken if desired)
1 red bell pepper
CHICKEN MARINADE INGREDIENTS
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons olive oil
HONEY LIME VINAIGRETTE INGREDIENTS
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon raw honey
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Prepare the CHICKEN MARINADE first. Combine ingredients listed above in a sealable plastic bag. Add chicken breasts, seal, and place in refrigerator. Allow to marinate for about 30 minutes.
While chicken is marinating, prepare HONEY LIME VINAIGRETTE. Combine ingredients listed above and whisk vigorously or use an electric blender. Set vinaigrette aside.
Remove marinated chicken from bag and discard remaining marinade. Season chicken with salt and pepper first and then generously with FLAVORGOD JAMAICAN JERK SEASONING to cover both sides of chicken breasts. Grill breasts over medium heat turning occasionally until internal temperature reaches 165ºF. Allow to rest about 5 minutes before slicing.
While chicken is resting, chop the veggies. Assemble salads and top with grilled chicken slices. Splash everything with the Honey-Lime Vinaigrette and serve with extra slices of lime on the side for added flavor.
