I didn't train as much as I'd have liked this weekend but I did have a great time with my small people, we went to a family rave! This is from my shoulder session, I've switched back from cables to dumbbells as needed to put the weight up a little but the next cable weight up was too much. I did 4 sets of 8 on each side. #mumswholift

One year difference. Immediately postpartum with Rosalie and today. I've been working my ass off for this and today's picture is not "posed"! I had measurements done today, which I totally thought was going to be miserable since I've been eating cake 2 weekends in a row, but surprise! Down again in body fat from 13.80% to 12.89% πŸ’ͺ Time to live off chicken, brown rice and sweet potatoes and lift more heavy things for the next 9 weeks until show time!

Monthly measurements time! Still going down in body fat (14.3 to 13.8%) but also went down in my hips πŸ‘Ž I need those booty gains! But generally happy with where I'm at, especially with an entire week away from the gym from my sickly kids. 13 weeks until show time!
