Hello, I'm back (and burnt)! 👋🏻 I took a month off from IG unintentionally, but I'm ready to start posting again all about my health and fitness journey.
👇🏻Here are a few updates:
1) I'm still suffering from depression. It's gotten worse since the last time I posted on IG, but I'm taking it one day at a time. My anxiety and OCD are at an all time high, so I'm also trying to find balance.👊🏻
2) I'm in the middle of my 👙competition prep and I spend a lot of time at the gym, practicing posing, meal prepping, and eating! 🥞 I deleted A LOT of pictures that I've posted on this page over the past year because I want my pictures to focus on my mental and physical health like it used to instead of #foodporn.
3) My calves/feet are still f*cked up 🖕🏻,so I'm finding alternative ways to get my cardio in. 🚶🏻♀️
4) I've been up in the mountains 🏔for some R&R/an emotional retreat, so you'll be seeing a lot of pictures of me in a bikini, in the water, etc. ☀️
So that's my long winded update! 🙏🏻Thank you for all the wonderful DMs/texts that y'all sent me when I was gone, I was taken aback by all the love that I was getting even though I wasn't posting. XO 💕
