Recipe Below:
40g - Walnut Flour
1 - Whole Egg
30g - Egg Whites
Pinch - Baking Powder
Dill Seeds πŸ”πŸ”πŸ”πŸ”πŸ”πŸ”πŸ”πŸ”πŸ”πŸ”πŸ”πŸ”πŸ”πŸ”πŸ”
Directions:
1. Heat your oven to 177C / 350F
2. You will need two bowls
3. In a bowl... separate the egg whites & Yolk
4. Pour the walnut flour and baking soda into the bowl w/ the yolk. Mix well
5. Beat your egg whites to stiff peaks
6. Mix the egg whites slowly into the yolk batter. Make sure there are no egg whites unmixed
7. Sprinkle dill Seeds on top
8. I used a 5inch springform pan
9. Bake for 20 mins and then enjoy πŸ€—

At @onlyresultsfit we are doing the million pound challenge again. We are split into teams and have a month to lift one million pounds together. *****
Today's workout was a killer!!! By the time I was done and added everything up...I lifted 25,341 pounds!!!! It's amazing to see how all of those numbers add up. *****
Not only did I crush my workout but I also stepped out of my comfort zone. I am not one to wear shorts. I feel like everyone is looking at me and judging me. I would think that others would be saying "Eww! Why is she wearing shorts? She shouldn't be!" That stupid little voice has been in my head for way too long. Today I ignored it and I felt great!!! If anything I felt stronger and proud of myself.

Dinner time was a charm... I'm currently full and lying on my bed! And in ten minutes I have to get my a$$ for round ✌️ @ the gym.... My plate consisted of 2 pieces of Pollock (White Fish), 2 Homemade mini Almond Flour Buns, and a veggie medley of Spinach, Cherry Tomatoes, Zucchini, and Mushrooms... N I G H T S H I F T .
I've been on night shift now for around a month and it honestly hasn't been that bad.
My sleep hasn't been amazing but it seems to better than it was when I did nights for 2 months last year.
Last time I needed medications to help me sleep pretty much every night and I still woke up feeling shitty.
Trying to focus on the positives of being on nights which at the moment is I get more days off (because the shifts are longer) and more money πŸ’°. Which will be helpful to pay for my coach, posing coach, comp memberships etc.
Sipping on some @madameflavour tea β˜•οΈ mint choc rooibos. Perfect for smashing cravings and keeping your tummy feeling full πŸ‘Š

February to June. 15 days. I love the girl on the left but I am in love with the girl on the right. This has been so hard. Hello, I'm back (and burnt)! πŸ‘‹πŸ» I took a month off from IG unintentionally, but I'm ready to start posting again all about my health and fitness journey.

πŸ‘‡πŸ»Here are a few updates:
1) I'm still suffering from depression. It's gotten worse since the last time I posted on IG, but I'm taking it one day at a time. My anxiety and OCD are at an all time high, so I'm also trying to find balance.πŸ‘ŠπŸ»
2) I'm in the middle of my πŸ‘™competition prep and I spend a lot of time at the gym, practicing posing, meal prepping, and eating! πŸ₯ž I deleted A LOT of pictures that I've posted on this page over the past year because I want my pictures to focus on my mental and physical health like it used to instead of #foodporn.
3) My calves/feet are still f*cked up πŸ–•πŸ»,so I'm finding alternative ways to get my cardio in. πŸšΆπŸ»β€β™€οΈ
4) I've been up in the mountains πŸ”for some R&R/an emotional retreat, so you'll be seeing a lot of pictures of me in a bikini, in the water, etc. β˜€οΈ

This journey is not easy by any means, but I've dedicated myself to accomplishing something that I'm truly passionate about.
Some may think I look disgusting, that I'm going overboard, but what you don't realize is....I'm strong. Not just physically, but mentally. This has helped me in so many ways . Today I am very unbelievably blessed. God is seriously so good. This prep has been a roller coaster.. I've had so many highs and so many lows. Ive had to deal with personal issues and family issues. As I was practicing posing tonight the room was pretty full of people which didn't stop me from doing my thing and as each person left they stopped to tell me how great I look and how great they think I'll do. I can't tell you all how much I needed to hear this. I don't feel super lean right now.. I am very full and worried I won't look tight on stage but I need to trust this long process! Only 16 days until I step on stage and show em what I got!
