I hear "How do you do it?" Some days I don't know how I do it. 🤷🏼♀️I don't know how I get through the day in one piece. .
But most days I know exactly how it all gets done. I start the day with a sweat session to get my mind and body in the right place and I fuel my body with whole, healthy foods and shakeology. Sure I still eat pizza, ice cream and chips, (because seriously life would be bland without!) but I know to power through the day feeling my best, and giving my best to others fueling my body is the best way! .
Got my sweat session on early and chugging my whole food shake because I need all the energy I can get to keep up with my crazy crew!❤
