Just found out my body responds more with higher reps on standard weights especially arms than heavy weights with few reps but for others the reverse is true.Our body responds differently to trainings thats why its advisable to identify how ur body responds to different trainings.It helps shock more muscles making them bigger.Don't jst lift heavy because someone does or because of show off in the gym .Identify what tortures ur muscles best and carry on with it shifting routines so that ur body never predicts what ur going to train next.#Gymmemes #biggertriceps

I generally don't isolate arms in my training as I would rather focus on more efficient compound movement, but tonight I felt like a little bro style pump up and why not film my last set I figured!!
Tips I find important:: try to not stand over the rope to push down, as you'll likely be anteriorly rotating your shoulders and causing more postural harm than it's worth; but instead keep forcing your shoulders to pull back and down as I showed in my set up there. You'll also find that this way your core gets a better workout throughout the exercise especially if you can stop your butt from flipping upwards.
Keep your tailbone tucked in and your ass is safer off!! Lol. Enjoy

Another sheiko workout another volume day of hell. Todays program was 5x4 slingshot bench @ 130kg. The slingshot is still a little too large (xxxl) so i dont get as much out of it as i should. Im doing it touch and go from now on when its over 3 reps. 5x8 db flat presses and 4 sets of 6 on dips. Program didnt say which kg on db so I did the db presses very light to focus on speed and stability and the dips i did with a band to smash the triceps. These workouts begin to get tough so im doing all the other stuff pretty light when theres not written which amount of kg. Otherwise the cns cant Keep up with the volume and frequency.
