I generally don't isolate arms in my training as I would rather focus on more efficient compound movement, but tonight I felt like a little bro style pump up and why not film my last set I figured!!
Tips I find important:: try to not stand over the rope to push down, as you'll likely be anteriorly rotating your shoulders and causing more postural harm than it's worth; but instead keep forcing your shoulders to pull back and down as I showed in my set up there. You'll also find that this way your core gets a better workout throughout the exercise especially if you can stop your butt from flipping upwards.
Keep your tailbone tucked in and your ass is safer off!! Lol. Enjoy
