Like most things in life, if you want big arms you have to work for it, and that is why you would need to do direct work on your arms. And you also have to give it a reason to grow bigger which means you need to progress and be stronger with your lifts.

You need to do compound lifts too so that you will have more growth hormone in your body. Remember, the more muscles you workout, the more your body will produce growth hormone, this will make it easier to build bigger arms.

21's are usually though of for bicep curls. Here Jaimie performs 21's for Triceps, while doing Pressdowns. Very important to keep good form and make sure that the triceps do all of the work (no cheating). You will use a lighter than normal weight when doing this. These really burn!
