I’m thankful that I have that knowledge and I don’t beat myself up inside about it anymore. There was a time where I ate a few pieces of un-seasoned chicken that I baked,. I would have a small amount of carrots or broccoli ,.. that would be dinner and I would think I was healthy especially because I avoided carbs like the plague . I would skip breakfast and only have lunch ,. Which was similar . Cut to 9pm when I was starving and would eat half a box of “teddy grahams “ and think that it’s fine.

Those days are long gone. I eat a massive amount of carbs now, and aside from doing intermittent fasting , the hours I am eating, I am eating pretty much non stop
In order for your body to work properly ,you have to feed it . I can’t tell you the millions of people I see and many I talk to personally who still actually believe starving themselves works!, it actually makes your body look worse!. Also most people avoid gluten(myself included) but what the hell is gluten anyway? None of us know and I bet you that it’s not a bad thing. Things that are gluten free is actually higher in calories....(even though I know it’s bullshit, I still end up getting gluten free when I see it’s available haha)

Gluten free is a fad. No carb, keto,paleo shit,Atkins,etc . They are all fads people think work. They might work in the beginning because it’s a change,. But over time, you will see that it doesn’t work for long.,... just count your macros , eat fats,carbs and protein and you’ll be fine!

my body will not change an ounce after tomorrow. Even after pie and potatoes and god knows what else,... and probably a disgusting huge glass of eggnog ( I like egg nog, don’t judge me ). What are you guys looking the most forward to eating tomorrow??

This past Saturday I competed at the WNBF World championships in Boston. It was a stacked class of 17 FitBody Pro competitors and I came in 4th. Very happy with the physique I brought to the stage and am proud to be Canadian and be able to stand next to some fabulous physiques and come out in the top 5. Let’s see what next year brings!

Working on some overhead stability after arm day. My shoulders are a huge weak point for me and I’ve found that overhead walks are major key in helping strength them 🤙🏼 Happy thanksgiving, much love .

When I started this the goal was to lose weight. However that's not what this journey has been about. It's about dropping fat and gaining muscle. With the strength I've gained I'm now hoping to get over 400lbs by 4 reps by the end of the year.
