Do you like pain? Slap 4 plates on a sled and do 10 sets with 30 second rests at the end of your leg workout.
I'll be honest, I was doing 60 second rests toward the later sets. This was rep #10 and you can see the exhaustion in my failure to fully extend. Also, I muted the video because it sounded like I was being murdered. Which I kinda was... by myself.
