If your tired of the same breakfast menu everywhere you go then it’s time to check out the new breakfast menu at @sbowindia . They start at 8:30am- 12 noon everyday.
Started with a Poro in Goa which is a Parsi omelette stuffed with Goan Chorizo, onions and tomato and served with a side of baked beans with Indian twist and cheese potatoes and sauté vegetables. Add a little of the in house created Spicy sauce made from Bhoot Jalokia and it takes you to another level.
The Chicken Chilli Cheese Pav was my favorite and is a whole wheat pav and topped with chicken, homemade tomato sauce and cheese and chilies and toasted . Absolutely fabulous and a must have at Soda Bottler Openerwala.
For those craving a little more Indian there’s Pancham Puriwala ka Puri Bhaji which is their twist to Alloo Bhajji and has a nice khatta metha taste and crispy hot puri.
To end with had a Navsari style French Toast which Is their twist to a classic French toast using in-house baked bread and a delicious carrot compote and syrup on the side . The carrot compote takes the dish up there and elevated the flavor.
Their Hazelnut flavored Cold Coffee is nice and helps to cool down after the spicy Sauce that I was enjoying earlier.
