Ofcourse I have off days where I do not want to train and only want to crawl in my bed and just do nothing. Those days are normal, everyone has them.
Important is to realise that fitness is not an obligation, but a privilege. The way you train your mind to look at training (and diet), will determine wheather you will stick to it or quit 💪🏼🔥 #neverquit
