Compound movements are your go to for growing over all size in your arms! .
Train in the 3-6 to 6-8 rep range on your lifts and overtime with proper progressive overload you will see growth!πŸ’ͺ🏼

Isolation exercises are great after the compound movements to further damage the muscle belly but you do not need to sacrifice an entire day for just arms....πŸ™„πŸ˜ͺ
