Sadheko bhatmas 🔥🔥🔥
This may not look as tempting as traditional sadheko bhatmas but oh it was gooood and super healthy!
A Good source of protein and the good fats. #nepalifood
- In a pan with low heat, toast 1 cup of soya bean nuts until they turn slightly brown.
- Fire roast 1 medium size tomato on your stove 🔥🍅 and let it cool.
- Chop some ginger, garlic, chilies 🌶 and spring onions.
- Transfer everything into a big bowl along with the soya beans.
- Add in some extra virgin olive oil, salt, turmeric and lemon juice 🍋
- Now mash the fire roasted tomato with your hand on the same bowl and mix well.
