I don't post a bunch of my food here and I won't bc my schedule won't permit it but if you watch my insta story or snap you can see my good daily there. I try to only start what I'm going to commit to doing & I can't start positing everything that I eat bc it's not something I plan to keep up with! Read about my food at #T4MLEATS ! My diet is what I have built for Nesha so it's a trial & error process to see what happens with your body! I am a picky eater so I have no issue eating the same thing over & over bc when I try to switch it up too much I become inconsistent. Invest in a meal plan if you don't know where to start. I had a trainer who taught me how to eat for my body! Yesterday I had this for breakfast well all week actually. Turkey bacon & egg whites/spinach! The dinner has been this chicken & broccoli at least twice this week. I don't go to bed with carbs on my stomach bc it's hard to sleep that way so my dinner is very light! Lunch I had some turnkey meatloaf & egg white/spinach that I had left over from breakfast. I snack on strawberries, gum, Greek yogurt & I drink plenty of water!
