Day 16 @bforcebands #Bforcebootychallenge 100 BForce bar squats. I know I'm not flexible but after doing these it made it that more obvious how much I lack flexibility. It was difficult for me to sink back into a squat with out fearing falling on my ass. I stopped and and stretched a little while before attempting these again. Each time I tried to sink a little deeper. I'm going to do these daily and stretch more because having poor range of motion sucks! 😠#21daybootychallenge

Day 9 @bforcebands #Bforcebootychallenge 60 deep squat crab walks. These burned like a mf. Since starting this #21daybootychallenge I have never felt my butt muscles more engaged! And I ik I'm only a week into this but... But I'd say my b🍑 tys growing 👀🌱 you can make gainz in a week right? 🤔🙂

Day 2 of #Bforcebootychallenge 100 BForce bar goodmornings~ these were great for glute and hamstring activation before my 2mi run. I'm loving how @bforcebands gets my muscles fired up 🍑🔥‼️

Day 10 @bforcebands #Bforcebootychallenge 100 jumping lunges #21daybootychallenge did these in between yard work and planting flowers. I planted shade annuals this time around bc the last flowers I planted died.. 😕

Day 3 100 jump squats @bforce_booty #21daybootychallenge #Bforcebootychallenge this was no joke. I was so gassed... I look over and see I'm only 34 seconds into this 😵 definitely have to break these up so I'm going to do 5 sets of 20 😉

Day 20 @bforcebands #Bforcebootychallenge 120 squats with alt. Kickbacks. I've graduated to the heavy resistance bands 😁 only one more day left of this challenge. I'm extremely pleased with these bands! I have more muscle mind connection and I'm more focused on really squeezing throughout the movements.. I'm definitely going to continue to use bands with my workouts! #21daybootychallenge #bootygainz
