I loved this meal so much I made it again! 😍
It was super simple to make and so filling!
Try it yourself 👌🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽
❤️chicken sausage (4 pack)
💚broccoli (4 cups - chopped)
💛whole wheat rotini pasta (2 cups)
💙parmesan cheese (1/4 cup)
👉🏽cook chicken sausage (I like to grill mine!)
👉🏽cook pasta (follow box instructions)
👉🏽steam broccoli
👉🏽in a container add 1/2 cup of cooked pasta, 1 cup steamed broccoli, 3/4 cup chicken sausage, 1 Tbs. Parmesan cheese. 👉🏽You should have 4 containers of meals 👌🏽
👉🏽So good and super simple!
👉🏽You can add low-sodium, sugar free pasta sauce for additional flavor. 😄I hope you love it just as much as I do!

I know, I know, I know... I’ve been a ghost lately! I apologize. Life keeps throwing me curve balls and while I’m doing well keeping up with my diet and exercise routine, I’ve been falling waaaaay behind on posting! 😕 Like I’ve said before though- you may see me struggle but you’ll never see me quit! 💪🏼 It’s been difficult to get to the gym as much as I’d like lately but I’ve been able to squeeze it in consistently for the last three days. I’ve also kept up with my six miles (15K steps) a day for the past three weeks or so. I believe there was one day I didn’t make it to 15K but made sure to at least get in 10K. Diet has been a little tougher- I’ve been really good about not eating after 7 pm but my middle of the day snacking has gotten slightly out of hand a few times (it’s easy to justify things when you’re at decent body weight/body fat percent but it WILL sneak back up on you if you get too crazy!) Anyway, I was getting nostalgic over some old high school/right out high school pics when I realized I’m actually in better shape now, in my mid thirties than I was even at 18/19! Craziness! Just goes to show, I guess, that no matter what age you are, no matter what your background or how many years you’ve spent overweight and/or unhappy- it’s never too late to turn it around! #yougotthis #makeyourselfhappy #nevertoolatetomakelifebetter #beyourowninspiration

So I’ve been agonising for a few weeks about posting this but it may be the kick I need to keep going, on the left is 10th March the day after I rejoined SlimmingWorld and the right are from the 1st April, only 3 weeks difference but I had lost 8.5lb and had been incorporating exercise into my evenings - I’m now 10.5lb lighter altogether 💪🏻 but this pic reminds me that it’s not just the scales I need to focus on so now I’m 99% recovered and able to eat real food I’m 100% back on it with food and exercise #determination #slimmingworld #motivation #gottaworkforit #nevergiveup #beyourowninspiration
