Client Melissa’s 3 month transformation = Curves and muscle! 🔥🍑
When I first met Melissa, she told me she was tired of being skinny and wanted to put on lean muscle mass and build a booty. Looking at these pictures, it’s safe to say she did just that! We kept increasing her food slowly as her metabolism was building up from weight lifting and minimum cardio!!
She’s always challenging herself at the gym with exercises and conquering her monthly goals🔥🙌🏽💪🏽 I am super proud of how far she’s come inside and out💕 Melissa is always so positive and chill 😎 I know she’s going to continue to challenge herself and keep building muscle! @teamg_fit
