Here are all meals I've eaten yesterday! You see? No secret ingredients... This is just an example of one weekday, it doesn't mean I eat these meals everyday... I usually have some healthy treats during the weekend or if I'm craving at night, I allow myself to have treats such as protein cookies, nuts, yogurt, granola, tahini, peanut butter, etc..., but I try to be consistent most of weekdays. My diet is very high in fats, coz I love it and it works for me, I use carbs for workout's fuel :-)
1️⃣ Breakfast (10am): 2 large eggs with Liquid Aminos + Plain Black Coffee - P.S. If I'm hungry earlier I eat at 8am, I just listen to my body.
2️⃣ Lunch (12pm): Steamed Brussels Sprouts + Chicken Breast + Tomatoes + 2% Cottage Cheese + Nutritional Yeast on top from @bragglivefoods.
3️⃣ Pre Workout Meal (4pm): Chicken Breast + White Basmati Rice + Lima Beans + Almonds + Everything but the bagel seasoning from @traderjoes .
4️⃣ Post Workout Meal (7:30pm): Rice Cakes at the gym, and when I get home: 1 scoop Isolated Whey Protein + Almond Milk + Ice Cubes + 1oz banana (sometimes avocado) + 1/2 cup rice flakes or oats.
5️⃣ Dinner (9pm): My Super Tuna Salad with coleslaw, Miracle pasta zero, raw pumpkin seeds, lettuce and dressings. @miraclenoodle
