Planning a BBQ? Try this: Baby back pork ribs (Farmer Johns much leaner than Kansas City and Bristol Farms leanest (but most expensive) of all; the Greenest Green Salad (New York Times magazine 4-29-18) with snap peas, cucumber, taragon; my concoction of black lentils mixed with sautéed riced cauliflower; and of course CORN, my favorite, which I par boiled, the rubbed with olive oil and chili lime seasoning and placed on BBQ just before serving then brushed on tarragon in oil. There you have it! No complaints!
