Try this: Baby back pork ribs (Farmer Johns much leaner than Kansas City and Bristol Farms leanest (but most expensive) of all; the Greenest Green Salad (New York Times magazine 4-29-18) with snap peas, cucumber, taragon; my concoction of black lentils mixed with sautéed riced cauliflower; and of course CORN, my favorite, which I par boiled, the rubbed with olive oil and chili lime seasoning and placed on BBQ just before serving then brushed on tarragon in oil. There you have it! No complaints!

How to cook halibut:
(It's easier than you think!)
1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil.
3. Rinse halibut and pat dry with paper towel. Drizzle both sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
4. Place in hot oven for about 10 minutes, turning over when slightly browned. (Cook time rule for fish: 10 minutes per inch of thickness.) Serving forks by #robertwilhite
