Here's a glimpse of how I keep my mind and body fit... my exercise routine is usually similar to this circuit. I was on my third circuit of these exercises when this video was recorded. Which explains why I look so exhausted lol 😂🤷♀️ A common excuse to not exercise: “People will laugh at me when I exercise because I’m so out of shape".
True- a few might, but they’ll do so because of some insecurity of their own.
I've been exercising out here near this parking lot for a few years now and sure I get some people who look at me with a judgmental eye every once in a while but for the most part most people are so focused on themselves that they don't even notice me.
Once you go out there and start doing your thing, of the few who do pay attention to you, most will be inspired, and they’ll envy your determination.
Millions of people would watch The Biggest Loser each week, are they doing it for laughs? No, they watched because it motivates them!
Even if they never take action. When people see you working hard to get in shape, it reminds them that somewhere, they’ve got that fight in them too.
Without realizing it, even if you’re doing this only for yourself, you become a leader by example. People are drawn to that.
I know, it feels like everyone’s watching you, judging you. But trust me: inside, they’re cheering for you.
