Have a sweet tooth? Try eating 1 to 2 dates to get your sweet fix. Over the next 20 days I am running a EAT CLEAN challenge with a few of my online workout buddies so when I start wanting something sweet and feel like I may cheat I am going to pop one of these healthy candy in my mouth. Dates are packed with more than 60% natural sugar in addition to protein, fibre, starch and fat plus they have Vitamins A B and C. So if you really need something sweet try eating 1 or 2 just limit them just enough to curb your sweet tooth.
