❗TL:DR ❗ "Can't outtrain a bad diet."
Hello 👋, I'm an 🍎and an #endomorph
Over the past 2.5 months, my diet has been shit, too much eating out, junk food, fast food, fried foods. With the stress of Harvey among other things, paired with just not caring, I've gained back 12lbs, and majority of it is in my stomach aka my "worst trouble area."
Even though I go to the gym religiously, there is nothing 🚫 I can do to work off bad nutrition choices, and because I was working out daily, the weight gain was gradual and I didn't really notice it right away, or just wrote it off as "bloat," lol at some point, it's not just bloat anymore. 🙊
So I just wanted to put that out there, some of you may have noticed, some maybe not, but what matters is that I've noticed it. I'm not going to hide from it, I am honest and will put it out there, I hope to draw motivation and focus from my #fitfam out there and get my focus shifted back to the straight and narrow, I can't let myself get back to that point again. #barpath and #belly 😧
