Trot eller ej men har alltid varit väldigt självkritisk med dåligt självförtroende. Drog in magen när jag satt ner,även jämfört mig med alla andra och tyckt att alla varit bättre än mig! Men har insett att shit, allas magar skrynklar sig eller putar när man sitter ner. Man ser inte fantastisk ut i alla vinklar. Men har kommit till ro med min kropp i alla lägen! Jag är lika fantastisk fast magen skrynklar sig när jag sitter ner och lika glad är jag för det💪😍

2: Leg extension x 6 sets last set 3 drops.
3: Barbell front squat x 5 sets (Video set 4 with 180kg)
4: Closestance high rep leg press x 5 sets
5: Hack squat x 3 sets
6: Stiff legged barbell deadlift x 4 sets
7: One leg curl - occlusion x 4 sets
8: Dumbell goblet squat x 4 sets

You know what day it isssss! 🍑 Happy Thursday!!! These videos were actually yesterday, but Instagram was acting up and not letting me post. ☹️ I’m feeling super happy and charged up today - back to the grind 😊 up until the last few weeks, I’ve really neglected band workouts because I’m always so focused on weights, but I loooooove leaving the gym with sore legs and glutes and these do the trick 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 yesterday’s routine:
1️⃣ - hip abductions
2️⃣ - side steps into squat
3️⃣ - box step-ups w/ kickback
4️⃣ - single leg dead lift
5️⃣ - glute kickback
6️⃣ - banded hip-thrusts (not videoed)
I did these in sequence - 5 sets w/ max reps - but they could also be done in circuit for more cardio built in 🙌🏼 enjoy xoxo
