I needed to make up Friday's workout, because I swapped rest days, so I was determined to finish last week and start the new one strong. πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ Phase 2 of my 80 day transformation started today. It is incredible how small changes in your routine can have such a big effect on the muscles you are working. It was booty today and the compound movements made me work hard, worked my cardiovascular endurance, and just made me feel great all around. My weights game has improved πŸ’ͺ. Fifteen pounds may not seem like a lot to some people, but to me it is a big deal, especially with a hurt right shoulder, like I've had for quite some time. Making myself proud, by showing up every day!!!
