Some pressing after deadlifts today. This bar is super awkward. I'm going to be using this for my bench and overhead this coming block. I have a Keg press in my next show, so this bar will help with wrist strength and stability.
Saw a definite improvement on time ran today. In 60 minutes I did 3.73 miles. Finally I put myself into ketosis. Hoping for the big 110 soon. Been having a lot of chest pains, so it felt good to be able to push. . . . .
