I can relate to this like crazy! At some angles, things are starting to look pretty good, at others not so much! 😂 . But on a serious note, I get lots of messages about loose skin - do I have it, how do I deal with it, how bad is it, etc. And the bottom line is yes, I have it. A LOT of it. Your don’t lose over 150 pounds and not have loose skin. BUT that being said, I’ll take the loose skin because it comes with a longer life expectancy, more energy, and a my higher quality of life. It’s SO worth it. .
Yes, I will deal with the loose skin in multiple areas in the future, but for now I’m focused on everything I’ve gained and I’m going to keep pushing towards my goals. . . . . . . .
