Eating healthy does NOT have to be boring or hard

With hot summer days I love fresh meals

Here’s a quick staple meal
Chicken avocado salad 🥗 with side of homemade chips
Recipe:
Bed of lettuce
cucumbers 🥒
Bell peppers 🌶
Broccoli 🥦 *You can add any veggies
Grilled chicken
Avocado 🥑
Bolt House yogurt dressing
*i added hot sauce also 🙋🏻‍♀️

For the chips I use Joseph’s Lavash Wraps
Cut into strips
Bake it at 420 degrees for a couple mins I keep an eye out usually 5-7mins
.
Voila that’s it! Really you can make any adjustments based on your macros 🙌🏻

But here’s the thing sweetheart, no matter how you word it in your head, trying to live life in order to manipulate other people will ultimately fail. And that’s what you’re doing. That’s what we’ve all done.

People will love you no matter what size you are or what you look like if they are supposed to be in your circle. People will stay if they are meant to stay. Starting a fitness journey to keep someone around will not work and someone will get hurt; most likely you.

This isn’t a post on self love in the sense of saying all shapes and sizes are beautiful. And they are. But stop trying to use manipulation of other people as a means to reach your goals. .

You have to want this for you. And you alone. .

That’s when true success and happiness will be reached in your fitness journey.

32 weeks and back to my 5AM workouts 🙌🏼 Confession: I hadn’t been to the gym in, like, 10 days. I knew the mix of #backtoschool stress and workouts wasn’t going to be good for me mentally or physically (not to mention I got plenty of work in moving out of my storage unit and into my new classroom 🙈), so babe and I got some much needed refresh and reset time in. I haven’t gained any weight in the last two weeks, and I knew our health was way more important than being able to say I went to to gym. Just eight more weeks until she’s here 💕

Let me just say I am amazed at the number of people who keep having these AMAZING results on TLC Products. I'm also amazed at the number of people who watch and never start (and they usually need to start ASAP)

But when I'm able to witness the success, and be a part of the success stories, and help people who truly want to improve their health... The feeling is unexplainable💛🤗 Im looking to help 20 people lose 20-30pounds in 30 days!!!!! Will you finally say Yes to YOURSELF or will you just keep 👀

When I create workout programs, I create them with the individual in mind. No two people are identical so no two plans are identical

Which is a lot like our horses. No two horses are the same. What may work for one, may not for the other.
.
.
For example, my mare requires a lot more leg than my gelding. I have to get after her because once her sass wears off she’s honestly pretty lazy. My gelding on the other hand can get kind of hot (at least in his youth he did a lot more). .
.
Why is this important? Because I know that my mare is different than my gelding, I’ve had to change my own personal fitness programming.
.
.
To be the best rider I can I’ve had to develop a bit more endurance in my legs for my mare. And yes, riding more will develop that on its own, but working on it out of the saddle will make that process so much smoother.
.
.
Here is my workout from this morning:
Foam Roll and Mobility
20, 20, 15, 15, 10, 10, 10 Leg Press
20, 20, 15, 15, 10, 10, 10 Lying Hamstring Curl
20, 20, 15, 15, 10, 10, 10 Leg Extensions
3x10 Bulgarian Split Squat on Smith Machine
15 minutes walking Incline, no holding sides .

MONDAY NIGHT WORKOUT!!!!!!

Not gonna lie to anyone I am not wanting to workout and would much rather be on the couch. But that is not gonna get shit done.

This is where having the gym at home is key because I have no excuse to not walk my ass down the steps and get in a workout.

Took some @1stphorm AlphaCre because there isn’t any caffeine so I can get a pump and boost with my workout but will still be able to go to bed.
