Booty what! Try this awesome 😎 workout 💪 alone or with a 👭: Banded, weighted depth squats. Then right into banded lateral Groucho's. Right into weighted reverse lunges. Finished with weighted donkey 🦄 glute kickbacks. Try and do the entire circuit at 3-5 rounds of 20 reps each leg/move.
