CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life.
Because of the complexity of some of the movements, and through our 7+ years of experience, each new member begins with a series of 1-on-1 personal training sessions with a coach before joining group classes. For our group classes, we have two coaches working. Both scenarios are to ensure safety, proper movement patterns, offer scaling options, and help answer your questions.
