Photography by: @timflachphotography...... "Surely the best weird and wonderful animal face you'll see today!! Meet the Saiga Antelope- they live in Asia- (Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Russia) and are classified by the IUCN as a 'Red-list' species (critically endangered). Predominantly due to the use of their horns in traditional Chinese Medicine" #exclusive_wildlife
Throwback to a cold Winter morning in February of this year, snow is more than welcome! This one was shot towards a totally white/grey sky where this little fellow was on a hill looking for some food in the snow. Let me know your thoughts on this one and be sure to grab the wallpaper in my stories!
The ability to visit these places and have experiences many can only dream about is reason enough to be thankful this year. Happy thanksgiving everyone! Would love to know what or who you're thankful for below 🙌✌️
The crested serpent eagle, as it's English name suggests, is a reptile eater which hunts over forests, often close to wet grasslands, for snakes and lizards. It has also been observed to prey on birds, amphibians, mammals and fishes. It is found mainly over areas with thick vegetation both on the low hills and plains. The call is a distinctive "Kluee-wip-wip" with the first note being high and rising. They call a lot in the late mornings from their perches where they spend a lot of time and rise on thermals after.
