I had an Indian on Wednesday night out with friends, which included naan bread and rice. I think it is still messing with me now. My guts and stuff are fine but the food, drink or late night has really messed with my motivation. I had to force myself to go to the gym tonight. I wasn’t up for it at all, and it was a slog while I was there. This was in sharpe contrast to the last couple of months, where I have had extremely high levels of motivation. I ll have a nice weekend with the wife and dogs. Then will get back in the gym Monday night, and hopefully I am a little more up for it.
