I have to share my most recent shake recipe of choice. I will forever and always be a peanut butter and banana girl, BUT this change up has been a refreshing change of pace.
And here's the kicker...I add spinach. It is literally tasteless and a easy, fast, brainless way to eat more fresh greens. I haven't tried kale before, but a lot of my accountability friends do.
Here's the recipe:
1 serving Vanilla Shakeology (use your vanilla of choice)
½ cup 100% orange juice
½ cup water (I use almond milk)
½ tsp. grated orange peel
1-2 handfuls of spinach
For the best taste experience, use a blender and add ice. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Enjoy!
