A lot of people are confused about whether to train in the morning or in the evening,both has its pros and cons but at the end of the day getting a workout done should be your ultimate goal.!! ☀️ Typically, following our circadian rhythm, it's evident that our testosterone levels are at a peak shortly after waking up. As well as this, sleep that night should not be affected due to giving the body adequate time to get out of it's sympathetic state.

🌙Night time training, however has been shown to be slightly more conducive to Strength training, although your sleep may really be affected.

😎At the end of the day, there is no real definitive research pushing this debate one way or the other. Adherence is still the most important thing long term. So, continue training at whatver time allows you to live your optimal life.

A mai nap részt vettem a Hajdúszoboszlón megrendezett Felhúzó Magyar Bajnokságon, ahol nem igazán értem el eredményt ezzel a húzással, de mivel egyéni csúcsom versenyen, ezért elégedett vagyok vele.
Az első fogásomat sajnos elvették, mert kapkodtam, de szerencsére ki tudtam küszöbölni az utolsó kettővel így 190kg lett a vége.

A csapat tagjai is nagyon jól teljesítettek, mivel sikerült elhozniuk egy Abszolút 1. és 5. helyezést!

Az edzőnkre Szimcsina Mihályra is büszkék vagyunk, mivel hazavitte az ország legjobb erőemelő edzője címet, amit már régóta megérdemelt!

Chest: Flat Bench Press, runner ups include incline bench press and dumbbell presses, the bench Press is superior as it allows for ultimate overload, you are able to push the most weight on a flat bench and Barbell, this is vital in pec development, there is plenty of research indicates pec size is directly correlated to 1RM

Back: T-Bar Row with V-Grip, runner ups include bent over row and pull-ups, I personally prefer the tbar row to the bent over Barbell as it allows me to squeeze more at the top since my hands are closer together, it also allows you to go very heavy, I would also include a horizontal pull like a pull-up or lat Pulldown but if your in a rush this is my go to back exercise for mass and overall development ———————————————————————————
Shoulders: DB OHP, Lateral Raises, Face Pulls, the shoulder has three heads and they all function very differently, thus you must target them all, the DB OHP is a beast compound movement that mainly hits the front delt, other options are Arnold Press and Barbell OHP and front Raises , I prefer he DB OHP as it I it’s a compound that allows range of motion and also allows you to go heavy. For side delts it’s all about the lateral Raises, I prefer DB but you could do cable as well, upright rows are another option but are dangerous if done incorrectly. For the rear delts I do facepulls as it allows a good range of motion and squeeze, you can also try reverse pec deck and bent over raises

Biceps: DB Curls, runner ups include Barbell curls and preacher curls, DB curls take the cake as they are a unilateral movement and ensure both arms are doing equal work

Triceps- Bench Dips, runner ups include narrow grip bench, Pushdowns and overhead Extensions, there are so many good tricep exercises but bench Dips (between two benches with added weight on your lap) are my absolute favourite, the pump is insane and the growth I experienced when I first started doing them is un matched, do them with plates on your lap and drop the plates when needed and keep repping out

Love this! I've been thinking about this when people talk about finding 'the perfect trainer' and the 'best gym'. Really, there is no perfect trainer or 'most amazing gym ever'. If you're not ready to do the work needed to reach your goals, no trainer or gym is going to make that happen for you.

...provide development in all these areas, as well as muscle motor coordination. All three are skillful movements that challenge the athlete’s ability to control, direct and stabilize the resistance.

✅Olympic movements teach the body how to produce and absorb force in a controlled environment. In all three of the lifts we use triple extension (a simultaneous and explosive extension of the hip, knee and ankle joint) to move the bar vertically thus producing power. When catching a clean, snatch, or jerk the body absorbs the weight and force of the bar coming down, controls it (creating joint stability) and redirects force back up as you stand.

✅Power output during Olympic weightlifting is considered the highest ever documented for humans, and close to the maximum theoretically possible as peak power production is 4-5x higher than that of the deadlift or squat and 11-15x that of the bench press.

✅Olympic lifts also have a motor control learning effect that carries over to their coordinative abilities and respective sport. Let’s take the triple extension, a skill squared from performing the Olympic lifts. The vertical jump and sprinting both utilize the same movement pattern, athleticism and power application.

✅Knowing this, it is important that triple extension and agility are trained together to fully develop the ranges in which triple extension is used in athletic performance. The bottom line is that Olympic lifts are inherently explosive and skillful, with excellent transference to athleticism. By performing these movements, we are able to enhance our neuromuscular system, which is the combination of the muscular and nervous systems as they work together. Essentially we are teaching the body to recruit and activate more muscle tissue fibers creating a stronger, faster, more powerful and more efficient system.
